Very bad customer service

Dropped off 2 rolls of film. They got one back in about a week. The second roll has been missing for over a month. Talked with 4 different contacts. None of them can find it. I was told they reuse the tracking number so they can't locate it. They suggested wait another week and call back. I have spent at least 90 minutes on hold trying to find my photos. Terrible service!

What You See Isn't What You Get

What you see on the CVS Photo Website isn't what you get. Over the weekend, I spent hours creating a calendar. When I placed my order, I chose the "Same Day Pick Up" option -- huge mistake. When I picked it up at the store, it wasn't as pictured on the Website. The calendar lacked the pictured spiral binding that holds the pages together and lets one hang the calendar. What, pray tell, am I supposed to do with 12 8x10 loose calendar pages? The cashier explained that when one chooses the "Same Day Pick Up" option, the calendar isn't bound. It looks like "Same Day Pick Up" products ordered from the Website are made on a kiosk at a local CVS. It seems that products generated by that kiosk might have a different design from what is pictured at the CVS Website. In order to get the same product design that I saw on the Website, I would have to pay overpriced shipping charges to ship it from the manufacturer to my house. If that spiral binding is critical to me (um . . . it is!), then I can't do "Same Day Pick Up" and save delivery charges. Why all of this isn't explained at Web checkout or on the product's Webpage is beyond me. It seems like deceptive advertising. It's definitely a waste of precious time. I got my money refunded, but now I'm stuck re-doing the calendar at another Website and navigating the Christmas holiday shipping rush.

Zero Stars!

I'd add a photo, but I immediately returned the calendar and got my money back.
